Marc Bourhis

Mr. Bourhis has more than 25 years of leadership experience across diverse industry sectors, covering both finance and operations. He has demonstrated success in both fortune 100 and private equity sponsored mid-cap companies.

In 2009,  Mr. Bourhis came to ESI from Guilford Mills, Inc., a Cerberus portfolio company, where he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for three years.  He was recruited to Guilford as part of a new management team charged with turning around the operations.  Mr. Bourhis also worked at AutoNation, Inc., for six years where he served as Vice President and Treasurer, and General Motors for seven years where he served as Director of Corporate Treasury.  In addition, Mr. Bourhis has worked as a private equity firm consultant and performed various engineering and production roles at AT&T. 

Mr. Bourhis has a Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University, a Master of Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a MBA from Columbia University.
