LEED Construction Waste Management Program

EnviroSolutions employs an integrated delivery process working closely with our customers to identify their landfill diversion requirements. We will customize a Construction Waste Management Plan (CWMP) that describes the recycling and reporting methodology for the project. ESI will then implement innovative recycling methods to achieve the goals in accordance with the CWMP and provide documentation required by LEED®.

Projected Path:

• Project planning meetings to determine LEED® goals on a project specific basis.
• Develop a project specific construction and demolition waste management program to maximize recycling in a cost effective manner.
• Waste management program implementation, including onsite waste management infrastructure development, employee training and targeted materials management for recovery or reuse of specific materials.
• Submittal of monthly reports and documentation.
• Innovative waste reuse and recovery initiatives, including ESI's single-stream offsite sorting program.

LEED Existing Building Waste Management Program

EnviroSolutions will work closely with the customer to develop a LEED compliant Solid Waste Management Policy (SWMP). The program begins by performing a waste stream audit and identifying the most effective methods to divert waste from ongoing consumables, durable goods, and facility alterations. ESI will then implement innovative recycling methods to achieve the goals in accordance with the SWMP and provide documentation required by LEED®.

• Conduct a detailed audit for each property (Materials & Resources Credit 6).
• Conduct SWMP planning meetings to determine LEED® goals on a property specific basis.
• Develop a customized property specific waste management policy to maximize recycling in a cost effective manner.
• Implement SWMP to maximize diversion in all LEED waste categories:
• Ongoing Consumables (Materials & Resources Credit 7)
• Durable Goods (Materials & Resources Credit 8)
• Facility Alterations and Additions (Materials & Resources Credit 9)
• Submittal of audit and reporting documentation.
• Innovative waste reuse and recovery initiatives, including ESI's single-stream offsite sorting program.
